• Every piece is printed and framed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Please review the size, frame width and artwork carefully before ordering.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once a frame has entered production it cannot be cancelled.

• Where a cancellation or refund is approved, the amount is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
